Option 2: Email - If you prefer to send us an email, please send your support requests to support@memnet.com.au. Sending an email to this email address will generate a ticket in our support system automatically. (You may notice that we forward or cc emails sent to support@omnisoftware.com.au to support@memnet.com.au so we can create a ticket for you).
Option 3: Phone - If you do give us a call and reach our messaging service, please leave your name, your company, and a return contact number or email so we can be sure to get back to the correct person in a timely way.
Whenever possible, please refer to your support ticket number if you have one.
Avoid SPAM - use the Pro Editor to send your email distributions We have found that email distributions created using the pro editor, that contain an unsubscribe link are much more likely to get through a spam filter and reach your members inboxes.
