Subscriptions

The Subscriptions Module allows you to easily set up, record and update members’ subscriptions in order to ensure you are always kept up to date with their status. With the Subscriptions Module you can:

• Set up numerous subscription types
• Define frequencies and amounts for each subscription
• Have the option of a pro rata fee structure
• Allow for multiple subscriptions per membership
• Easily update the subscription status of each member

Using the Subscriptions Module you are able to remain using other accounting applications for invoices and accounts receivable, and continue to record current subscription status in the MEMNET system. The Subscription Module also integrates well with the Accounts Receivable Module to offer you a complete Subscription, Invoicing and Accounts process.
