Mail Generation

The Mail Generation Module allows you to send and record your email and post correspondence with your members. This Module allows you to:

• Send emails and post with Mail Merge documents
• Send emails and post with attached static documents
• Automatically personalise each email
• Send HTML or Plain Text emails
• Automatically record any email or mail correspondence with a member
• Target mail outs to specific groups or regions

The Mail Generation Module is appropriate for both email and mailing requirements. One advantage of utilising this Module is that a record is retained within the system and automatically attached to a member, providing you with easy to find historical data for all email or mail correspondence which can be filtered and managed as you require.
